1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ppvip5 ("ppvip5", "we", "us", "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://ppvip5.bid. By completing registration, making a deposit, or using any product or service offered through ppvip5, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of ppvip5 and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity arising from translation into another language, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.

2. Eligibility

Use of ppvip5 is strictly limited to natural persons who meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age. ppvip5 is an adults-only platform. Registering, attempting to register, or using the platform while under the age of 18 is expressly prohibited.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only, not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law at the time of your access.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, agent, or immediate family member of ppvip5 or any of its software or payment partners.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from ppvip5 under the self-exclusion programme or any enforcement action.

ppvip5 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address from any Player at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or utility bill. Failure to supply satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of account access and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

It is the sole responsibility of each Player to determine whether online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction. ppvip5 makes no representations as to the legality of its services in any specific country or region beyond its operating licence. Players who access ppvip5 from jurisdictions where such access may be restricted do so entirely at their own risk.

3. Account Registration

Each eligible individual may register one (1) account only on ppvip5. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or through the use of another person's identity — is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. You undertake to update this information promptly should any of it change.

ppvip5 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. The KYC process may require submission of government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is satisfactorily completed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any security codes associated with your ppvip5 account. You must notify ppvip5 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. ppvip5 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ppvip5 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other methods as may be added or removed from time to time at ppvip5's sole discretion.

Minimum deposit: ৳100. Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account. Limits may vary by payment method and account tier.

Deposits are credited to your ppvip5 account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes of the transaction, please contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests are processed within a target timeframe of 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the payment method selected, the time of the request, and the outcome of any applicable security review. ppvip5 reserves the right to delay processing of withdrawal requests that trigger fraud detection or KYC review.

Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise expressly approved in writing by the ppvip5 finance team. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and ensure the integrity of the platform's financial flows.

ppvip5 does not charge internal transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges in accordance with their fee schedules, which are outside ppvip5's control.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ppvip5 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, loyalty programmes, and other promotional incentives to Players. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific conditions stated on the relevant promotion page:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (playthrough) that must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion.
• Eligible games: Not all games on ppvip5 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• Expiry: All bonus offers expire if not claimed within the stated claim window and all wagering requirements must be completed within the stated completion period. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• Minimum odds: Where bonuses are applied to sports betting markets, a minimum odds threshold per selection may apply as stated in the promotion terms.
• One bonus at a time: Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Abuse: ppvip5 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any associated winnings, and to close an account, where it determines in its reasonable judgment that a Player is engaging in bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts, wagering patterns designed solely to clear bonus funds at minimal risk, or other forms of exploitation.

ppvip5 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed and begun using a bonus at the time of withdrawal will be entitled to complete the existing bonus on the terms under which it was claimed.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on ppvip5 are final once confirmed by the system. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their selections — including match, market type, stake, and odds — prior to confirming any bet. ppvip5 does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error by the Player.

ppvip5 reserves the right to void any bet or wager in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed after a sporting event had already commenced (in the case of pre-match markets where in-play betting is not offered).
• An obvious error in odds or game parameters was present at the time the bet was placed.
• The relevant sporting event is abandoned, postponed beyond the stated settlement window, or cancelled.
• Evidence of match fixing, manipulation, or irregular activity related to the event is confirmed by a recognised governing body.
• The bet was placed by a Player who was in breach of these Terms & Conditions at the time of placement.

Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by ppvip5's software providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Live dealer game outcomes are determined in real time by physical game equipment operated in licensed studios. ppvip5 does not alter or interfere with game outcomes.

In the event of a technical failure during a game session — including disconnection, server outage, or software error — ppvip5 will use all reasonable efforts to resolve the session at the last verifiable game state. ppvip5's decision on the outcome of interrupted sessions is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ppvip5. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to relevant law-enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform to launder money or to facilitate any other financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, data scrapers, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a way not intended for human use.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors that result in an unfair advantage — whether or not you believe such exploitation to be detectable.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to operate your account on your behalf.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals through your payment provider after a deposit has been used for wagering.
• Attempting to circumvent any security measure, access control, or geographical restriction imposed by ppvip5.

8. Intellectual Property

All content available on ppvip5 — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, game software, and the compilation thereof — is the property of ppvip5 or its content and software suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ppvip5 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, sub-licence, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any ppvip5 content without the prior written consent of ppvip5.

The ppvip5 brand name, logo, and domain name are trade marks of the operator. Unauthorised use of any ppvip5 trade mark in connection with any product or service is prohibited.

9. Privacy & Data

ppvip5 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an account on ppvip5 you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ppvip5 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption across the entire platform to protect data in transit. Player account data is stored on secured servers with access restricted to authorised personnel only. ppvip5 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

ppvip5 may share your data with third parties solely where required to fulfil its legal obligations, process transactions, complete KYC verification, prevent fraud, or resolve disputes. All third-party data processors used by ppvip5 are contractually bound to handle your data in compliance with applicable data protection standards.

10. Limitation of Liability

ppvip5 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ppvip5 expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

ppvip5 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if ppvip5 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In all cases, ppvip5's aggregate liability to any Player arising from any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their ppvip5 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ppvip5 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, and telecommunications failures) may cause temporary service interruptions for which ppvip5 accepts no liability.

11. Amendments to These Terms

ppvip5 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Material amendments will be notified to registered Players via the email address on record or by a prominent notice on the ppvip5 website at least seven (7) calendar days before the amendment takes effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law, regulation, or urgent security considerations.

The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Your continued use of ppvip5 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not agree to any amended terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and contact support at [email protected] to close your account and withdraw any available balance.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ppvip5 holds its operating licence as an internationally licensed offshore gaming platform.

In the event of a dispute between you and ppvip5, you agree to first contact the ppvip5 support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. ppvip5 will use reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint within 14 calendar days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution process made available by ppvip5's offshore licensing authority. The decision reached through that process shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
